To Reset Password:

Allows users to reset their passwords.

Enter your User ID.

Click on the Reset Password link. An email will be sent to you to confirm that you want your password reset.

If you do not receive an email, please contact us at 1-800-662-7138.

When you receive the email, click on the link provided. You will be sent another email with your new password.

When you have received your password, enter your User ID and Password and press the Submit button. You will be prompted for a new password.

For security reasons, your new password must meet the following criteria before it can be changed:

· At least eight (8) characters.

· At least one (1) capital.

· At least two (2) lower case letters.

· At least two (2) numbers.

Once all required information is entered, press the Submit button. Your password will then be changed.

NOTE: Required information has an asterisk (*) and the text is orange.
